Appointments
Our office is open for patient appointments Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m, Friday 8 am - Noon. The office closes from noon until 1 p.m. for lunch. We are here to answer your questions and to schedule appointments, at (940) 566-6200.
New Patients
We ask that new patients arrive between 15 and 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. To save time, we offer electronic patient registration forms. Feel free to download the forms, complete them in advance and bring them to your first appointment.
Cancellations
To better serve the needs of all of our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
